PMG uses Blended Learning Model which improves the maximum knowledge retention and allows the students to apply the knowledge immediately after the training. PMG uses Don Kirkpatrick’s model to provide best ROI from the training. Blended Learning Model


PMG offers a Blended Learning Model to provide most effective ways of knowledge retention.

PMG uses this methodology which is unique in the training industry. Blended Learning Model consists of multiple methods of content delivery which are detailed below:

Audio-Visual: PMG delivers content in the form video clip of role play between auditor and auditee to demonstrate real life situations that the students are going to experience in real life.

Self – Paced learning: PMG provides some training material to the students in advanced, which can be reviewed by the students at their own time.

Pre-Reading material: PMG provides certain pre-reading material like whitepapers which contains the recent development in the domain across the industry. This provides an aspiring professional an opportunity to be set on a lifelong journey of professional growth. 

Above mentioned methods help the students in learning the basics of the subject and they come partly prepared for the course and this facilitates the Collaborative Learning.

Instructor-led Training: This is either Classroom based or Webinar where the instructor goes through the training slides, uses exercises and quizzes to deliver the content.

Post-Learning Sessions: PMG offers an hour-long session (included in the course fee) where the Instructor discusses with the students to help them in understanding the practical implication of the knowledge gained during training course.

Modularized Course


PMG offers a Modularized training to achieve maximum benefit for the students. PMG offers a modular structure of the training so that students do not have to waste their time in repeating the same learning content to get certified in multiple standards.

Current Practice by Training Organizations: Auditing practice is based on ISO 19011 which is universal for all standards. If a student is certified as Lead Auditor in one standard, he or she learns the fundamentals of auditing. However, when they want to get certified as Lead Auditor of another standard, they have to go through auditing concepts once again and spend 2 additional days for that. It is also observed that as a practice all the essential sections of the standard are not covered.

PMG provides the training in modules. “Knowledgeable Person”, “Internal Auditor” and “Lead Auditor”.

Certified Knowledgeable Person: Students learn the essentials of the standards during first two days. They can get certified as “Knowledgeable Person of the Standard” after completing the exam on the standard.

Certified Internal Auditor: Students learn about the basics of auditing as per ISO 19011 standard. They get certified as “Internal Auditor” after completing the Exam.

Certified Lead Auditor: Students learn about advanced auditing technique and how to lead an audit as per ISO 19011 standard. They get certified as “Lead Auditor” after completing the Exam.

Students do not have to do the training on auditing modules for a different standard again if they are already certified as auditors for one standard from PMG. This way they can save money and valuable time.
